hey gusys what is OFW any way what do they do?

what are their positive and negative effects

OFW means Overseas Filipino Worker. It is a collective name for Filipinos working abroad as nurses, engineer, doctors, factory workers and others.

Positively, OFWs contribute to the economy of the country where they came from by sending dollars.

Negatively, there is a brain drain from the Philippines since the best workers seek higher pay in other countries.

ofw is overseas filipino worker...some they work inside the home,some o.l and many more..posivite effect mybe earn more money and the negative is miss thier family i guess so?
