That 63-pt effort against the Celtics in the playoffs (1986) when, with the Boston faithful screaming wildly, he cooly made two FTs with no time in regulation to force the OT.

To this day he is still the only player in history to record a triple double in the NBA All Star Game. Nobody ever talks about that. If it wasn't for that Shaq would've won All Star MVP after that vicious throw-down over David Robinson in 1996.
But seriously my favorite MJ moment has to be the 1993 Finals against the Phoenix Suns. This man averaged 41 points a game and its still the highest average ever for the Finals. He gave a whole new meaning to "bringing it every night". Not to mention that in game 6, in the 4th quarter, he scored every point necessary to help the Bulls keep pace with the Suns until Paxson hit the game winning 3 to clinch their 3-peat. Unbelievable!!!!!!

I would say when he made his final shot as a bull against Utah in game 6 of the 1998 NBA finals
Also when he faked out Oakley and the other Knicks player and then dunked on Ewing. I think it was the 93 playoffs

The one that stick in my mind is in the 96 Finals. MJ ran out on a Seattle miss shot, a long pass to the right sideline, MJ caught the ball and wrap the ball around his back in motion all in mid air to get around Hersey Hawkins, took one dribble and goes up for a finger roll with Gary Payton running through underneath.

Slam Dunk Contest with toungue out in the air- free throw line extended! A close 2nd was vs Portland in the playoffs when he was totally on fire and he passed Clifford Robinson and just shoulder shrugged after hitting one of his 6 three pointers in the first-half.

there was the season when he returned, he was just short of normal 'game conditioning' but in the first week he shot a buzzer beater to beat reggie and the Indiana Pacers...it was a mid week game shortly after that against his arch rivals, the Knicks...he had always played well against them and actually averaged over 30 a game against them in their own building...I had cashed out a few nice bets in the tijuana Caliente book on some turf paradise races...I couldnt believe when I looked on the board and saw the Knicks were 1 point favorites for this game...I unloaded 1100 to make 1000 on that game, kissed the ticket and headed to the boarder check in San Ysidro to get home in San Diego...I went straight home and watched the game in the loft at home, stayed glued to the tv and hollered at the screen the whole time...watching Mike come up with this amazing 50 point game...and a win...I felt all drained after watching this game which was close the whole way but just one incredible performance by MJ, the kind that you just say afterwards...'that is why we missed him while he was gone'...and of course the next day, I went to work, copied the tote ticket, put the copy under the plexiglass top on my rollaway tool box in the aircraft hangar...then after work shot down to the book and cashed out... thanking MJ the whole way...

Game 6 1998 NBA Finals, Bulls down one at Utah, Jordan spreads the floor and takes Russell one on one, a hesitation dribble, a quick drive, puts on the breaks at the top of the key, gives Russell a little guidance past him, as he rises so gracefully and pops the game winner, series ending, championship shot, what we all thought would be our last glorious image of MJ, a perfect ending.

The Flu game tops my list... that was just amazing. Just a notch below that for me is that layup in Game 2 of the Finals against the Lakers where he switched hands in the air... you know what I'm talkin' about. He needs to come up with a name for that play so it can be referred to more easily.

When he pushed off Byron Russell to hit the winning basket in the finals, cementing the theory that the NBA wanted him there, taking that shot and winning another championship. The NBA became less a sport, and more "entertainment".

MJ torched the Celtics with 63 points. years later Bird was asked what he remembered most about that game. he answered, "all I remember is we won the game (and the series)!" lol.
