It's all in the demagraphics, and city or town location. In Beverly Hills, 90210, it would be real ghetto. HOWEVER, here in Springfield, Mo., it's the perfect formal attire for the dollar store, or Wally World.

If you mean the shirt, lots of guys wear them to places like Wally World and convenience stores. My husband doesn't wear them.
We buy colored ones for the little grandsons though because they look cute in them.

NO NO NO, those are the nastiest shirts I've ever seen, as an undershirt fine but not as everyday outer wear.
