She is 13 years old and is now pregnant, I dont know how I can help her or react, my parents think that shes a bad influence on me and I shouldnt be hanging around her, but I love her to death and we have always been best friends. She also wants to name it Priscilla and I dont like that name at all, but I dont want to hurt her feelings!?!?! Please help me!

yeah don't worry about the name so much...but just be there for her. if she's not freaking out right now she will. my sister's best friend got pregnant and she was so scared...and she was 19! so just be there for her when she's scared and doesn't know what to do. stay with her in the hospital and when she's craving some kind of random food go get it for her. it must be so hard having to see your friend go through this but she will appreciate you being there.

What she names it seems like a pretty small matter in the overall scheme of things. If you're going to focus on that, I doubt you have much ability to give her any real help or support.
I suggest you back up, take a deep breath, and talk to your parents about her situation. See if you can't get a better handle on what she's going to go through for the next couple of decades, and then see if you still think your advice on naming the baby is important.

Ok first of all your parents are just trying to protect you thats all it's their job after all. As for helping your friend all you can really do now is just be ther for her. As for the name she's chosen it's up to her I wouldn't tell her I don't like it maybe sit down and think of names together for something to do for fun.

Im sorry, but the real problem is that your frien is pregnant at 13. Naming the baby something else is the farthest thin that you should worry about

I can't give that much advice. But I can advise you that although she is your best friend, it is none of your business what she names her baby. It will be hers for the rest of her life. Not yours for the rest of your life. When you are older you will understand this, but at the age of 13 it might be hard for you to understand. Be there to support her but disliking the name of the baby should be the least of your worries.
