Is there a downloadable program so i can use my mp3s as ringers?

Does anybody know of a cheap or free program I can download so that I can use my mp3s as ringers for my Treo 600?

Use itunes. It is free and it allows you to capture any segment of a song into an mp3 file. Then upload it to your Treo.

A lot of companies disable the use mp3 as a ring-tone on there phones i know T-mobile does. You can convert the mp3's to wma then use them as ring-tones
