Well what I have heard.......You stick a finger inside, palm up. Then make a "come here" movement with you finger. I think that is the way to do it. I hope this helps.

Usually your G spot is located inside the vagina, at the top, about 2 inches in, or 2 finger joints.

Play with a vibrator it is the only thing that works for me, I stick a tampon applicator in my vagina and then vibrate it, it feels really good.
