you have to use pokeradar. It is harder to catch in pearl with a 5% appearance.

Its very rare. Use the poke radar to find Tauros. Hes in the grass under Solaceon Town, the breeding place. Just keep trying. You'll eventually find it.

you have to battle it or catch it to get information about him. But it will never tell you were he lives
