It is summer already.....Which city should I go....Need some advices please...

Chicago! I live in Michigan and would never advise anyone to take a trip to Detroit. Detroit doesn't even have a "city" feel to it. People aren't out walking, there aren't many things to do downtown other then the casinos, and perhaps catching a Tiger's game. The poverty and urban decay are awful. Spend your money wisely and head to Chicago. There is so much to do. You have the parks, museums, shopping, theater and excellent sporting events. I would also recommend you head out and check out some of the neighborhoods in Chicago. Bucktown, Wicker Park, Andersonville and Wrigleyville all have hip/cool restaurants, shopping and night life.
Treat yourself and go to Chicago....you will not regret it!

Chicago. Detroit...well, I'm assuming you've never been there before because it is nothing but crime and knocked down buildings in the middle and rich subdivisions and malls on the outside. Chicago's a nice city.

Definately Chicago. Everything here is better, the urban life, the atmosphere, the overall city, the beauty, all in all Chicago is better with so much more to do and to have a great time!

Definitely Chicago. Detroit just doesn't have the cultural opportunities and interesting restaurants, museums, parks and so on that Chicago does.

Chicago all the way. Great entertainment scene and places to hang around, lots of culture (ethnic restaurants, etc.), cool Lake Michigan cruises, Millenium Park... the Art Institute, Museum of Science and Industry, Shedd Aquarium, deep dish pizza.

well if you choose detroit be careful of the area. but detroit can be nice.
