Im looking to get a graphics card for my laptop, i want one that can play games such as battlefield 2142 or w/e the number is. Thanks for any help

They don't make upgradeable graphics cards for laptops. The graphics is integrated into the system, and there is no way of upgrading it. Sorry, you are stuck with what you have in that area.

Well, it really depends on what you are willing to spend. Battlefield 2142 is a pretty graphically intense game, and there are many things to look at when buying a graphics card. First look at the interface. Do you know what type of slot you are looking to install the card in? It could be a PCI-E or just a PCI. Pci express cards are faster and better.

What you want is easier done in desktops BUT impossible to do in laptops. The graphics card (integrated or not) is hard-wired to the motherboard.

If you have gaming in mind for a laptop, you should choose GPU first then processor second. That's because you are stuck w/ the GPU of the laptop that you bought.
