okay how do u find entei,suicine.remember in the burned tower

and i need help on this one in mohagany town how do you get that guy out thats blocking my way to the gym of mahogany i reely need help

Suicune there will be an event in which you're able to catch it before you beat the game that is neccassary for the game story. You'll need to go into the tower of Eutreak and you'll see the three dogs run off and suicune will circle you. Now Entei and Raikou will randomly appear in the wild.

Maghogany town, you need to complete the events at the lake of rage as well as beat the rockets in their hideout before the gym will be opened to you.
