i remember when the list came out and i believe LA was the fifth...another surprising fact. yeah, i wouldn't have guessed NJ to have the worst drivers. i thought LA would be at the top.

I suppose its from all the radiation and nuclear plants around there. It probably messes with your brain. Just a little.
