Nintendo DS games... Which is the best?

Question

A game for a nintendo DS, which do you recommend, and why? I'm thinking about:
Pokemon Diamond
Pokemon Pearl
Mario Kart
Animal Crossing
Sims 2
Sims 2 pets

Please tell me why as well.

My son says Animal Crossing, because you get mail, can change styles, earn bigger home.....etc and get find bugs, fossils, fish and learn cool facts about them. You can invite friends into town!

Well, I have Mario Kart, Animal Crossing, and Sims 2 Pets. To be honest, I got bored of Animal Crossing fast..just not my type of game. Sims 2 Pets? Well, that's a game where you're a vet, and care for cats, dogs...idk about anything else. It's ok. And then for Mario Kart. I honestly recommend that. It's really fun, and no race is the same...you never know what can happen. Besides, you can unlock characters, and there's actually a lot you can do. You get to unlock a lot of races/cups, too

I love Mario Kart, so I would choose that one! : )

I just like racing games like that where you can mess with the other players by throwing things at them. Lol.

However, I wouldn't get it if you don't have someone else who can play it with you. (Meaning play against them.) It just isn't really fun playing it by yourself.
