No, because I take my marriage vows very seriously. It was my promise to her to love her for who she is.

Well, yea. when i got married a few years back, my then wife gained about 35 lbs. I loved her at the time and thought it was fine, but then something happened to her back from the excess pounds. And to make matters worse her family started to tell her how she needed to lose the weight, and little by little she started to do so, with exercise and good diet. She got to her original weight and she felt a lot better and the doctors told her she needed to stay like that forever if she wanted to not have surgery. So it's not just for aesthetics but for health that one should be thin.
Hope it Helps.

I think when you are married you both should take care of yourselfs. A few pounds is ok but a lot no. unless it was caused by a medical problem. I would encourage them to lose the weight. Work with them. I feel if you love them you will not let ur self go. You want to look nice for your spouse.

No, because he is the father of my children and a wonderful dad. No matter how bad he looks could ever change that about him. He could have a bald head and missing teeth and I would still love him. He completes me and I wouldn't give that up for anything.

No because after you have been married a few years you realize looks fade and hopefully you didnt marry someone based on looks because the marriage won't last more then a few years anyway... when you love someone you love them no matter how they look.

Heaven's no, I love him for him, beauty fades anyway, it's what is in the heart that really matters, but many people are quite shallow and only want a "pretty" package.

If your spouse TRULY loved you, he/she would not care about weight. Some freak would leave their wife/husband just because they are FAT.

No. The kind of person they are on the inside matters more than how they look on the outside.
