Because if you do, trust me it is a stereotype.

They do have distinct advantages for sure,as we are from a society that worships beauty.
But it is a double edged sword,as alot of beautiful people can sadly become needy for compliments and thus very insecure, which does bring down their quality of living.
The key would be for the attractive individual to be proud of themselves within, and not to rub it in others faces how great they look, just let people view from a far if they wish.
And this way they will be confident and lead a much more enriched life and be 100 times as productive as they are self assured and will move forward with their personality and looks, and they will find people will be naturally more drawn towards them, but even if they aren't it dosn't matter as they are confident and happy with themselves as individuals .

Would you rather be a peacock or a pigeon?

Man that was inspired from the collective conscious.

Whoever has the least vanity of the two will lead a better life, whether this is a stereotype or not.

yes. Studies have shown that attractive people have it easier in pretty much every aspect of life. They sure as hell get treated better than so called unattractive people. If they are horrible on the inside they will still get more respect from most people because of their outer beauty.

Depends on what you mean by "better". But if you mean happier, no, I don't think so. There's a constant pressure to maintain attractiveness and a dependence on others to qualify it.
A similar but little trickier question: do smarter people live happier lives?

Yes
1) I would be a top model by now

No necessarily. But the results of many studies show that they do get better breaks, and are offered more jobs (even when they aren't qualified for them.) Life is what you make it.

Generally, others would find them more pleasant. Life definitely gets better with good people relations, isn't it? However how long this going to last, still lies with his/her way of treating them.

beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so many people who YOU might consider NOT attractive have wonderful lives. and some people YOU might consider beautiful have terrible lives. it's moot point

Well, beauty does help, but beauty is not sympathy. You can be beautiful and unloved, or you could be happy. On the other hand you could be "ugly" and happy and loved. Or you could be loved and happy beeing neither "ugly" nor "beautiful".
