I've heard the glass is made of good and we fill it with our desires . try just knocking the glass over or turning it upside down and start from there. and you want happiness it has been said that everytime we do something good or anticipate good we receive joy maybe you should seek joie de vivre in your life ?the future is only as good as the effort you put into the present and a life lived for others is a life of worth.
