it is illegal, police officers call it "BUNK", you can also be held liable if the person who you sold fake crap to gets sick, injured or dies from what you sold them. It would still qualify as intent to distribute illegal substances, the theft by deception thing is a stretch though........................

Yes actually it is. I dont know why selling fake drugs is illegal since you shouldnt be buying them in the first place but unfortunately it is. I'm sure if you sell it to the wrong person and they found out, they wont be to happy.

Won't be long and talk gets around. I know of one poor man that bought bad Heroine and he died. This low life put other chemicals in the Heroine to increase the amount. Injecting the mixed Heroine was more than any human could endure and it brought on instant, suffering and death. This money hungry dog, ends up spending the rest of his life in prison. And the user lays up in a lonely Cemetery. Another drug dealer , sold diluted drugs and the users ended up killing him. Not a good idea.

Yes it is. Theft by deception for starters, and then there the non-legal repercussions. Let's just say that in ripping off drug dealers and users, the law can be the least of your worries.

It is illegal and you can and will be charged with the same offense as though it was actually drugs. The law calls it imitation drugs. Just say no.
