I'd say Ron Artest is more hated than Kobe. I'm a Shaq fan so I definitely don't like Kobe, but at least Kobe never ran in the crowd and started beating up fans. Artest has also thrown the monitors used by the announcers courtside and knocked a TV camera out of a camera man's hands. He's nothing but a thug.

Yeah he mighty be. And one of the originall MJ fans and a Chicago Bulls fan, let me say this, I don't hate Kobe because he is like MJ. In fact I was a big fan of Kobe before the past two years.
Ever since his one nighter with that girl in Colorodo. I don't think that was a big deal, but for most people that was the beginning of the end of Kobe's likableness. After that was destroyed the Lakers by getting Shaq traded and Phil fired.
Kobe is hated not because how good he is but because of how selfish he is.

Yes, no question. The guy is the biggest whiner ever, and can never make his mind up about anything. Sure, he has all the talent in the world, and I respect him for being a great player, but that is the only respect he gets from me, and most people outside of L.A. I would assume. He has been in trouble with the law, and is a major crybaby. Not the ideal nice guy of the NBA if you ask me.

I tend to think it is Bryant. Bill Laimbeer, if you're taking for all time. Some might say Ron Artest, but I think he is more ignored than hated.

anyone see the game against Portland this year, yeah i live in Portland but Kobe beat them 1 on 5 so bad they called the cops to report a rapege
