I'd take the 10 year deal, to feel a love like that just once in my life would be worth it.

I would take the out of this world. Did the other thing once for 17 years and I was only happy for about 3 years total, ended up losing what little "love" there was and all respect and the last 6 years were miserable. Luckily I found my earth shattering love and get a 2nd chance to do it right.

i don't want to lose anyone to death. So i will take a life with someone who was very compatible but not an intense earth-shattering love. Love can grow over time and it will get better as time goes by. The more intense it is now, the faster it will get burnt out.

Been through the first part--we only had 5 years, though--but it was so much fun, so perfect and so intriguing, I would love to experience it again. ONLY on the condition that the person died in the same manner--quickly, without pain, without a clue death was coming. That was the only way I could cope with the loss--he never knew or felt a thing.

I would settle for someone who was very compatible. Because losing someone that you were in love with to that extent would hurt forever. I wouldn't want to put myself through that much pain and heartache.

I'd take the out of this world love. As it was once said "Tis better to have loved and lost, then to never have loved at all!"

I guess that I would take the latter, cause we have been together for 44 years and counting.
