for my class project i have to take care of an egg for a week
(it hard boiled)
any ideas on things i can do with it or make for it
we have to write a diary every day about what we made for it and what we did for it

Find a piece of flannel and make it a blanket. Get a tissue and improvise a diaper (use tape for the tabs). Teach it how to sit up with your help. Draw hair and a face and a belly button. Cut out a section of an egg carton, tie yarn to the corners and make a swing for your egg. Time how long it sleeps. Find a doll's stroller and take it for a walk. Fill up a coffee mug with water water and give it a bath (refresh the face, hair and belly button). See if it can wear Mr Potato Head's shoes. Make a baby bonnet for it.

Really, that sounds nuts! If it is hard-boiled you need to refrigerate it if it's going to be eaten. Maybe you could give it a face. Make it a hat. Talk to it and describe your conversations. Show it off to people and ask people what they think about your egg. See how high you can throw it and catch it without breaking it. And finally chop it up and make egg salad and eat the thing!
