i have a problem a real one hmmm ok so im about 5 7 and well fat im not ugly well at least i dont think iam ( and other ppl have said im not like this one guy said i would be super hot if i lost weight) anyway i have a younger sister who is about 5 10 not skinny and not fat but athletic ( she plays sports) and well shes hot so when we are together all the guys always check her out (also she gots boobs and a butt something that even though im fat i dont have (crazy i know)) or i could be talking to a guy and then she will show up and im no longer talking to the guy she is. because of this i have no self esteem thats not the problem ( i have accepted it) the problem is and i dont understand why she has low or no self esteem we actually fight about this i tell her that it does not bother me and she gets all depressed hmm i honestly dont know what to do so if u could help which u prolly cant msg me or something thanks

I just got a small bowel, large bowel, and pancreas transplant. I haven't eaten in over 5 weeks, cause my new pancreas is acting up. can you make my pancreas bahave, cause i really wan't a mushroom cheesesteak, and some baked ziti.
