Don't listen to what other people have to say about you. You should be the judge of your own self!

I know how you feel. I used to base everything about me on what others thought of me. Then i found out that it doesnt really matter what other people think. Find friends that will accept you for who you are so you can have friends if you every get in to a difficult situation. Never be friends with someone that judges you by the way you look or how much money you have, those never are the best kind of friends. Really all you need to do is believe in yourself and find friends that can help you be and stay confident. I hope i helped answer your question. Good Luck.

With Love,

Well... I used to dwell a lot on what people thought about me. It's all on how you see yourself that counts. If you are happy with the way you are, then it shouldn't matter what other people think. Of course, it takes time to reach that point. When some one says something mean or harsh about you, it's usually because they are insecure and feel bad about themselves in some way. So don't worry about it, everyone talks, but only you can brush off what they say by liking how you are.

Don't worry what people think of you. They may be jealous in a way. Just don't change for anybody else. Before you walk out the door anytime you walk out the house, look into the mirror. When you look into it say "i am beautiful, I am one of a kind, I am no one else, I am me" it helps me boost up my confidence. Please dont do something that is innappropriate because of some words that may be said. I've learned that the hard way. Just dont worry. You are you and you can't change that. Love yourself. That's one step closer to stop worrying.

Focus on what you're doing. Forget about everything but what you have set yourself to do (like work, goals etc). Think of the rest of the world as part and parcels of life and that each and everyone of them have their own share of insecurities as well.

As humans, we tend to be judgemental of those around us without realising it because it's become a habit that is pretty hard to shake off. As you gradually control your line of thoughts (as in think positively of people around you), you'll also gradually feel less judged by your peers.

When you feel at peace with those around you, you will feel contented with yourself and that innocence towards people around you will lead you to stop worrying about what others think of you.

I hope that helps.

I feel the same way as you do, too! I am always trying to think kindly of others so the world doesn't seem like such a cruel place. It depends on how an individual sees the world. I'm not trying to say that you should keep a shut-eye towards the strifes of this planet, more so towards seeing the beauty in everyone instead of highlighting their mistakes and failures.

To worry about self to realize other people worry about what you think about them. And to find things that keep you busy that and ask yourself why are you worried about what people think. All these can help but the best way is just stop caring about it nobody actually cares what you look like or what your doing all the time. They are worried about themself. Yes its easier said than done but as soon as you start to worry tell yourself it dont matter what people think b/c i know i look good. It kind of werid but it does help.

Remember misery loves company, people are jealous if they think your happy they will want to take it away from you and drag you down with them. Don't worry about what others think worry about what you think. Do you look at yourself in the mirror and like what you see? If yes then nothing else matters, if no then you need to look inside yourself and change what your not happy with only you know what makes you happy.

You need to be content with yourself. It doesnt matter if its not good enough for any other human you come in contact with. Of course, you should respect your parents' opinions, as long as they dont want you involved in self-destructive behavior. Other than that, if you are yourself, and you like yourself the way you are, then other people will come into your life who also like you for who you really are. I wouldnt hang out with people who think that the things you own or the way you dress are the way to choose a friend. Find friends who like the real you. Good Luck, and God Bless!

Don't worry about what other people think about you! Cause it doesn't matter. And if they say something rude about you, it's probably not even true anyway so why worry about it? The only opinion that matters is your's.

Hi, I don't think you ever will stop worrying. I think developing the best or most positive self image will lessen the effect of it though. Whether that means through exercise, diet, martial arts or any other activity that promotes a positive self image. Bye

First of all, get over yourself!
You are probably not that important to other people.
They're probably more concerned about what you think.
If you have a good moral compass you'll know what's right.
You'll only be liable for your own actions, not what other
people think about them. Just be sure you are correct.
