When somebody sends you a money request through PayPal and you pay how long does the transaction take for the money to be taken out of your account? I just paid a money request through PayPal to an Ebay seller and I found out I don't have enough money in my account. I'm also wondering what number is the Auction ID for any item purchased on Ebay. Really Apprecciate any help.

PayPal transactions generally happen very quickly. Within minutes sometimes. You should probably contact your bank to see if they honored the money transfer. If not, get the money into the account and then contact PayPal to see whether they will re-submit to your bank or if you will need to re-submit to them. If the difference was a small one, your bank may have paid it for you, BUT you may now be facing a rather hefty overdraft fee from your bank. If you have been banking with them for a long time AND if you have been a good customer (very few, if any, previous overdrafts), then explain the oversight on your part and ask them if they can waive the overdraft fee. They may not because banks make tons of money on overdraft fees. But sometimes they will for a good, long-standing customer.

When you pay through paypal it is just like you are using your card to buy something at the store. It processes in the same time as any transaction does when you use your card. The auction ID is the item #. it is located on the top right of the listing.

paypal will check your account every couple of days for about 1 to 2 weeks.then the seller will file a complaint against you for failure to pay for the items thru ebay.which will count as a strike against your account as well as leave a negative feedback for everyoneto see on your account.this will hurt you especially if you have too many strikes on your account.
the auction i.d. is found in the upper right hand corner.

it takes sometimes 3 days. If you are confirmed though you can just take directly from your bank account .Usually if its not cleared which is an e payment then it will tell them. You can cancel payment ( but make sure to see what payment methods the seller takes first) and also make sure to explain this to seller so u dont get nagative feedback

Depends on the day of the week. If it's Monday, it'll usually clear in like 3 days. A little longer if it's later in the week.
