If gravity suddenly disappeared, the Earth, spinning as it is, would fly apart, throwing planetary shrapnel across the solar system. Gravity is the main thing holding the Earth together. Needless to say, all humans would die.
The sun would explode due to the nuclear reactions not being counteracted by gravity.

First, if the Earth "lost' its gravity, everything held to Earth by gravity would float away... water, air, people, the Moon... anything that wasn't nailed down.
Second, it's purely hypothetical. A mass, as long as it exists, cannot lose gravity.

We die basically as rain would no longer "fall," toilets would no longer flush (what a mess), and everything we have placed anywhere from our cars to our stuff on shelves would no longer stay in place. People would drift off and crash a various speeds into things, while others would drift out of reach of a way down and starve to death, not to mention collide with large objects like
those cars that are no longer stationary...
