no... he obviously didn't take the time to come over and propose... WHAT IF HE DIDN'T EVEN BUY A RING 4 U? and it's not romantic... i would say no until i actually see if he cares about me

Heck no. Tell that loser no and make him do it the traditional way. you know, with an expensive diamond ring, down on one knee in a romantic setting type thing. what a coward to do it on IM.
