Im a Gr.11 Student In Ontario Goin to Gr.12 and i was just wondering do you need mathmatics (gr.12 calculas) to get into criminology in university? also do u need math for business and political science?

You need math to get into college period. You may not use math much in Criminology unless you study statistics, however in business and even political science you will need math because of statistics. Math may not always apply to the outside after you graduate, but math does teach you to think out of the box. Math is just another way of thinking and you will walk away smarter because of it.

you need math to function in life. basic math tells you that you got the correct change at the store or whether you received the full amount on your paycheck. simple add and subtract multiply and divide will work the same if you apply them to more complex problems.

yeah... they do make you take math for pretty much everything. So they probably will. But just a little, and deff. less than if you wanted to be a rocket scientist or something.

Hmmmm... i dont know for criminology, but I needed it for massage therapy.

yes you will, numbers measurements feet inches and so on is almost a must know.
