That seems to be the hot rumor, but it will be pretty similar to the concept. All concepts change, some slightly, some dramatically.
For obvious reasons, this car will not have 21" front/22" rear wheels. Look for something comparable to the Vette, like 18" front/19" rear wheels. I'd think the side mirrors would be a bit bigger too. Also, the interior will probably be completely redone, with the 4 gauges mounted by the shifter being relocated to the dash cluster, where they are normally found.
I'm sure there will be other changes, but those are probably the most notable that will/should be made.
As far as base price, think Mustang rival, and I'm sure you'll be pretty close to the price tag (I'd assume slightly higher price tag than the Mustang, since it will be a better car).

From what I heard the 2009 Camaro will look just like the original 1967 Camaro. They will use the same tooling for many of the exterior body panels, that they did back then.
There is no reason to design new cars today because those old cars from the 60s look so much better than anything the incompetent designers who work in the auto industry now can come up with with.

I saw one at the Dallas Auto Show, plan to get one. The production model will look the same as the concept model except for the wheels. The factory wheels will be smaller then the 21" fronts and 22" rears that are on the show model.
In magazines featuring concept vehicles it shows it retailing between $24-$30,000. Similar to the Mustang. V8 400hp

It is rumored to be true. Take a good look at an original 1969 Camaro and look at the concept. Squeeze those two together you get an idea of what it will look like.

in my view, i like the look. i'm curious to work out what variations on the motor vehicle as quickly because it is going into production although (you won't be able to particularly assume a 21" wheel on the back of this subject...). as quickly as the aftermarket areas start up rolling out, i'm particular they are going to pop out with a black grille which will in simple terms look plenty meaner. That, i will purchase.
