I have a kia spectra the oil were change two months ago now it is making a bad noise and cuting off

Could be your fuel pump, only way to know is to have a shop/mechanic take a look at it. On a car that old it could be anything, do a general check of all fluids first and then take it in for repair. Also, it could be your timing belt if you neglected replacing it at 60K miles.

Is it idling low? You may have to have that turned up to keep it from dying on you.
