1. Blood is produced by red bone marrow and lymphoid tissues (which is found in bone marrow) of large bones. Not all bones produce blood cells.
2. Yes, your body can produce more. It makes roughly 200 billion red blood cells a day & they live for about 120 days (once they die, part of the cell gets recycled- the hemoglobin portion and remainder becomes a component of bile in the digestive process and is excreted.)
3. RBCs are formed from pluripotent hematopoietic stem cells (these guys create myeloid stem cells and lymphoid stem cells-- the myeloid ones give rise to RBCs- red blood cells/ aka erythrocytes and also give rise to platelets and all WBC- white blood cells, except lymphocytes- those come from the lymphoid stem cells)

Red blood cells are produced in the red bone marrow. The marrow is located primarily in the hollows and ends of the long bones.
Blood is being replaced all the time. However, since blood is made up of more stuff than red blood cells, any significant loss is too much for the body's ability to produce more. Hence when there is a lot of blood loss, a transfusion is necessary. And blood cells cannot normally be produced at a rate faster than the body dictates, so it will produce them when blood loss is very small, like a minor wound or a small internal injury. Anything larger than these will lead to an insufficient amount of blood and therefore anemia.

Red blood cells are produced in the bone marrow. Yes, if you lose blood, you can produce more, but you need iron to do so. Production of RBCs can be stimulated by a number of factors, including aerobic exercise, living at a high altitude, etc.

red blood cells are produced in the marrow of your bone, the bone marrrow is the soft tissue on the inside of your bones.
yes, you can make more blood. but it is still not a good idea to try and "bleed" yourself.
you have little or no control over the rate your body produces blood. just make sure u have enough iron in your diet because the oxygen you breathe in gets attached to the HEME group. the prefix HEME means "iron." so having iron in your diet definately won't hurt

RBC is a myth. no such thing. the govt. made it up so they can get you to take in more iron in order for them to track you down with their satellite tracking device.
