Option A. 3bedrooms for $1750

You get full access to backyard have the garage for storage, Washer and Dryer and a peaceful older woman who works all Day.

Option B. 3bedrooms $1600

To me it looks like your real question is: Do you want to party or do laundry cheaply ?

How much is a back yard and washer and dryer worth to you? If you have to trudge to a laundromat twice a week for 2 or 3 loads, you'll go through $150 pretty quickly the way that those suckers eat quarters!

And how much is it worth to be able to move without renting a moving van or trailer? A 2 minute walk carrying a sleep sofa becomes a 15 minute drudge. And ever try to carry a mattress for a block on a windy day?

That's just some food for thought from afar. At the end of the day, only YOU can decide.

Definitely go with Option A. The extras are worth the extra $150 that you would save in Option B.
