What can we do to stop the racism in P & S?

...and on Y!A in general. There's enough hate in the real world now. There isn't much we can do...but at least we can try. Any suggestions?

I agree to ignore them...But there are stupid people who feed them what they crave which is attention. Its hard to ignore them. I've been here for almost 2 months and its getting annoying already becase they keep coming back...

i just report them, and don't answer their Q's...
if it's an answer, i report them...

if they are like that on one Q or A, then they are probably like that on another. just click on their profile, and report all racist Q's & A's...

racism angers and hurts us all... i think that the only effective action we can take against them, is to do what i mentioned.

also, i know it is hard... but try to look at the world as a whole, and see the progress that has been made. the united states has done what no other nation has been successful in doing. we have all nationalities from all 190 countries, represented in our country. it has been a tough road for several groups of people, but times are still changing... they say that by the year 2030, there will be NO minority or majority, in the US... that will be a wonderful day... the bigots will be all but rendered powerless, ineffective, and unable to move on in this manner...

sadly, man always finds SOMETHING to scorn another for...

just continue to love, and be strong. remember that evil prevails when good people sit by and do nothing. fight the good fight. love conquers all.

the Y!A team is the only group who COULD halt it, but writing in the forums is the same as talking to a wall. reporting the WORST of them does no good because they can create endless accounts when they're deleted. as long as the filth-mongers, haters ,reporters and racists have equal rights as responsible users the only thing we CAN do is ignore them. they feed on our anger and snicker at those whom they annoy. it's a sad statement of society, and a sadder one that Yahoo won't get rid of such small-minded people.

About the same way you can stop it in the real world. As long as therre are stupid bigots out there, it will never stop. Sorry to say. Some people just aren't happy unless they are hating others.

We'll just ban their IP address which is definitely possibles for the moderators on Y!A. It's the easiest and did I mention racism is the worst thing I ever had on my hate list?

Unfortunately nothing.....just ignore them and don't give them the time of day. They'll be the pigs that they are no matter what anyone does or says.

As long as man exists, there will be racism and bigotry and prejudice...not only against the color of the skin...but also against different sexes and sizes...man has fought against each other since he first walked the earth. It is up to the rest of us to love each other and to do our best to overlook the scum of the earth while we enjoy one another's company.

Isolate and Exile the offenders and ship them to the R and S
group, they will be so happy to get out of there that they will
behave themselves when they come back out.

Well, I just won't answer the question and I REPORT THEM FOR RACISM....I don't allow racism around me or in my home. It sickens me on here...........If we all would not reply to them and just report them maybe that would /could be a start?

Just ignore them.
Do NOT tell these people what azzholes they are - it just encourages them.
