My little sister inserted a windows/pc disk into our mac (it's the kind with the disk on the side and no button) and now we cannot get it out!!! The disk does not even appear on the desktop and when we press the open button and apple E on our keyboard nothing happens!!! PLEASE HELP!! This IS A BRAND NEW MAC and we only plugged it in yesterday so we could upload disks today!

go to mac support web site and ask the support geeks there.... you still under warranty anyway

You could manually take out the drive and unscrew the cover if you are good with computers take the disk out, screw the drive's cover back on and plug it all back in the computer....or try using a screwdriver or something to pry open the drive, but don't force it to the point you break the drive, press the open button and than try prying it really quick and hopefully it'll work, i broke one of mine doing this though so be very careful if you do

There might be a little pinhole. Stick a toothpick or paper clip in the pinhole and it should eject the cd.
