Did you ever have candy cigarettes as a kid??

I just saw a article linking candy cigarettes to smoking later in life. Do/have you smoked??

My parents wouldn't let me have them because that's what they thought would happen. My uncle let me sneak then once, and I am now a smoker (currently on Nicorette).... so maybe it is linked.

I ate candy cigarettes until the sugar would make me sick when I was a kid !!! I'm 48 and have never smoked.

I never had candy cigarettes and I don't think they should be made. I have never smoked before.

I used to have an occasional cigarette while drinking, but no, I never became a regular smoker.

No but once i saw my friends (o.k and my crush) pretending to smoke them and until they explained it was candy i was furious sad and then relived. They are realistic and i would not encourage the use so that is why i never had one

yes but it wasn't a candy it was a fake one but it did have smoke coming out

Yes, we had candy cigarettes, I don't know if that had anything to do with me, having been a smoker, or not, both of my parents "were" smokers....both...died of lung disease, as did my older sister, at a very young age.
