besides going to auto zone, which is all that guy recommends to everyone..
if you mean the radiator cooling fan.. the fuse is located under the hood. It should have a simple plastic cover that says fuses.
now, if you locate the fuse box and the fuse.. it may or may not be blown. If it is not blown and you still have trouble.. The fan may or may not be broken. If you have air conditioning it will be easy to diagnose. Turn on the air conditioning, if the fan starts running, chances are the cooling fan switch is broken. If you do not have air conditioning get an engine check from you local shop, and have them diagnose it. Other than that, don't drive under 30 for too long on a hot day!

You happen to have a complex system to operate the cooling fan.On the left side of engine compartment there is a air compressor for the shocks, the relay for cooling fan is in that harness.Pull out the relay and see if its corroded,The fan control module in the left front of engine compartment, behind head lamp.If you can find a known good module swap and see if it works.First check fuse # 7 in fuse block. On the left front of engine compartment 7 or 8 wires with eyelets all connected together these are fuse links, check the green one, look for melting or swollen, the wire will feel soft, and the wire may be melted inside the casing, and still look good.you need to feel the wire if it's soft and stretches its blown. There also is a fan test to overide the module.Step 1 sit in the car.on the DATA center code 7.0 must be displayed.. press and release the ECON button on the climate control panel.the code will switch from7.0 to 8.5. To command high fans hold in the HI buttton fan speed should increase to highest speed.Release will return to automtic.Hold low button and fan speed will decrease. This will tell you that fans are working OK and BCM or module is bad. GOT ALL THIS.

run 2 wires straight from you battery to the fan to rule out if the fan is bad. Then u have a fan relay should be under the hood. See if u have a identical (relay)one next to it and swap it to rule it out bad relay. Then u have a sensor on the engine watch out cause sometimes there are 2 one for ur gauges or comp and one for ur fans. disconnect it see if the fans come and then run a wire from the harness to ground and see if the fans come. If either don`t work u have bad wiring somewhere
