The original "Psycho",with Norman Bates coming into the basement dressed as his dead mother,classic."Hide and Seek"when the Dad's split personality is revealed to be the daughter's imaginary friend that's been killing people,very creepy.The end of the movie "Descent" where the woman thinks she's found a way out,but it's all in her head and she's still in the cave,freaky.The ending to "The Ring"where the little boy tells his Mom that she shouldn't have help the girl,and then they show his Dad getting killed by her,I still get chills.The ending of "The Sixth Sense"where they reveal that Bruce Willis is actually a dead guy,great ending.The ending to the sci-fi movie "Decoys"where the guy thinks he's got the girl and they're getting ready to hump,but she turns out to be one of the decoys,I slept on the couch after this one,haha.I could go on and on here,these are all great twists.Hope this helps and if you want more,just let me know.

"The Sixth Sense" was amazing! I usually figure movies out, but that one totally stunned me.
"The Others" was surprising (to me, anyway!).
"The Usual Suspects" and "Identity" rank high up there, too! I couldn't believe how those two movies ended!
I love movies with twists at the end...I just wish I had had the creativity to have written them!
