My sister whines a lot, and a girl in my class brags alot. Both can get really annoying, but if I had to choose, the worst would be a person who brags a lot.

I would say whiners... because they can whine about people who brag, but you never hear about someone bragging about a whiner. They are much too busy telling you how great they are to care about the whiner.
actually I can't stand either.

both but everyone has whined and bragged during their life time so it's not like there the only ones that get annoying. Even I annoy myself sometimes lol :)

Both are pretty bad, but I will say people that whine are the most annoying. My cousin use to whine all the time and she just grated on my nerves so bad.

Oh gosh, both are terribly annoying! I would have to say ppl who brag too much is worse.
