I just say pluck the feathers off a dovey when I can't swear. But swearing is so much more satisfying.

I substitute the word "forget"
Forget you !
Forget that !
Forget those people!
My high school English teacher
would make fun of problems by saying:
"I'm so glad" I did that!
"I'm so glad" that person did that!
"Oh, I meant to do that!"
It takes some of the frustration and pressure away to recognize what craziness we can run into, instead of taking things so seriously we lose our sense of humor!

No I swear in German or Spanish....and strangely enough I still feel just as guilty as if I swore in English.

I got so frustrated and angry one time that I could hardly speak and ended up saying "YOU STINKY, STINKY YAHOO TOUCHER!"
Then I sat there and was like "what did I just say?"
.......
Another story, one of my friends was called a son of a biittch. He got mad and said "You calla malla somma geetch?"
