i live in KY and ABSOLUTELY LOVE the yankees!!
well the closest game this year is in cleveland. and that is august 11th. thats all i want for my b-day so i'm BEGGING for it. my parents say no because the weekend before is a family reunion in michigan so they dont want to have to drive 6 hours 2 weekends in a row.
oh and im only 14 so i cant drive and im broke so i cant buy the tickets.
WHAT DO I DO TO MAKE THEM LET ME GO??
PLEASE HELP!!

I think frizzer is right too. I think it would be a great idea if u suggest to make some yankee tickets your ealty B-day present. I wish u the best of luck & hope u get them.

Ask your parents for an early birthday present and tell them you wouldn't want to go to that game with anybody but them. OK, so it's your parents, at least you can see the game. Also, I would bet they will still give you a gift when your birthday actually comes around.

You probably don't want to here this, but they won't let you go most likly. If your still going to try do this: be really nice to them, EXTRA CHORES, and tell them all the good things about you going, but don't get your hopes up.

compromise with them. Make them a promise like "I wont fight with my siblings and i will clean up for the whole week" something like that. And also express to them how this means sooooo much to you.
