This address is most likely on your local network. Please verify the host is alive by pinging it.
In windows, goto Start, RUN, and then type 'cmd' and hit enter or ok.
On the prompt, type 'ping 192.168.15.1.' and hit enter. If it doesn't do anything, or says host unreachable, maybe your not connected to your network, or the host has ping turned off.
Maybe this device ONLY runs in secure https mode. Instead of 'http://192.168.15.1", try using an 'S", like this:
https://192.168.15.1
Also, this device my use another port for admin or http access. May want to try using different ports, the most common being:
http://192.168.15.1:81 , and then try :8080, :8181, :443
-- also try these ports with the https prefix. Please let us know if your able to access this site on your local network. IF this site is NOT suppose to be local to you, or on your network, and is suppose to be on the internet somehow, it shouldn't be. 192.168.x.x, 10.x.x.x, and 172.x.x.x are local network ip address configs, so please let us know if this is suppose to be local, or an internet site.

Thanks!

It's not a website. It's the ip address for another computer or devise on your local network.

ip addresses that starts with
10.*.*.* 192.*.*.* 168.*.*.* 172.*.*.* 127.*.*.*
are all network ip address (this means that they only exist across a LAN network)
