I'd love to get a makeover for my birthday before the party, can anyone suggest where I should go? Which brand should I get it from, MAC, Clinique, Dior, Estee Lauder...etc.
If you can also give me a rough price range that would be great too! Thanks everyone.

I like MAC and Sephora. I'm not sure the price but I'm sure if you called your local mall where those stores are located they could give a price range. Sometimes they do them free, or almost free, you would have to buy at least one of the products the make up artist put on you.

MAC- and I think you have to buy 3 products to get your makeup done.

i think as well M.A.C is a pretty good place to get your make up done. they do a really good job. and the minimum of the cost to spend on their product to get your make up done is $40

call a local Mary Kay artist. just go to www.marykay.com and look up consultants in your area. you can talk to one of them and find out their requirements.
