It is wonderful to hear you phrase it that way.
It is hard to explain beauty to others, but it is something that is there in everything including one's tears, but; I think the beauty in laughter touches the innocent and the jaded alike making them realize that happier times are but a thought away.
Of course, the baby's laugh is the most enchanting but all laughs are amazing.
Think about it. A laugh is not a sneeze or a cough and not a way of speaking either. It is the sound of happiness echoing from deep inside each and everyone.
Special is the child that's first sound is a laugh and not a cry.

Are you kidding? It is like an addiction, or should be. There is nothing better in this life than love and laughter. Laughter is good for you too, it is all natural and doesn't cause global warming.:)

to me, laughter is the most important coping mechanism when dealing with life.....

my 4 year old son cracks me up when he tries to tell a knock-knock joke, like choking gasping and snorting funny! His latest attempt was: Knock-Knock, Who's there? Orange..
Orange who? ( See where this is going?)
Orange you glad I didn't say corn on the cob?
I thought he was going to say banana, since we had done that one a few hundred times in a row. He laughed so hard, he got the hiccups, and so did I :)
