30 lions because they are the king of the jungle! Hyenas are just scavengers!

Pride 30 lions because Clan of 90 Hyenas would be too busy laughing to compete.

Well, you know that in the lion pride, the female does most of all of the hunting, the male lays around, roars and procreates. And, in the same pride, there would only be one or two adult males, several cubs and the rest would be female. The hyena would only have a ghost of a chance against the weaker members of the lion pride, the babies, the sick and the elderly.

The lions would win even tho they are outnumbered. The reason is because the hyenas will begin to back-off when they see the lions will fight to the death. The hyenas would rather have an "easier" meal and they are like sheep - following one another away from the fight.

It just takes a few hyenas to take out some lions- they are very ferocious and their attacks are extremely aggressive. They also tend to attack from behind, and as a pack. However, they can only eat so much so I am certain some of the lions will escape.

if you have three hyenas, and one lion, obviously the lion would win!!! uh duh!
it is simple as math, a big giant lion and .0000000000003 hyenas against it or him whatever. so get it strazaight!!!! (translation: straight)
