I'm answering for two reasons; one is that in the latest continuity, Lana was married to Pete Ross, who was Vice President under Lex Luthor. The had a little boy whom she named Clark. (I get the idea that she missed the one that got away!)
My other reason is to say that enbsayshello is mistaken. (I hope he's not really E. Nelson Bridwell, who used to be an editor at DC, because he ought to know better.)
Mon-El is NOT a descendant of Superman. Back in the pre-Crisis days, he was a visitor from the planet Daxam who had super powers. Because of amnesia, he and Superboy thought he was Kal-El's big brother! Superboy got to suspecting him, and exposed him to Kryptonite as he slept, thinking that the pain would waken him. But it didn't.
So, Superboy distrusted him even more. Later, he exposed him to lead, which turned out ot be Mon-El's weakness. The shock of the lead exposure restored Mon-El's memory.
(He did not have lead 'poisoning', but it was as if the lead was giving off something that harmed him, or shielded him from something that he needed to survive. It was never explained, and different fans came up with different theories as to how it affected him and why.)
Superboy was filled with remorse and projected Mon-El into the Phantom Zone until a cure for the lead poisoning could be found. It took 1000 years! Mon El was not permanently released from the PZ until Brainiac 5 of the Legion of Super Heroes found a cure.
With the DC reboot after Crisis on Infinite Earths, Superman had never been Superboy, so they had to change around the origin of Mon-El, etc.
However, aside from Mon-El, a descendant of Superman was shown in the LSH comics, this was Laurel Kent. She did not have the full range of super powers; all she had was invulnerability.
When she first met Superboy, he thought she was cute and wanted to date her, not knowing who she was! Laurel did not know that Saturn Girl had placed a post-hypnotic command on Superboy to forget anything he learned in the 30th century when he returned to his own time. So she lied to him, introducing herself as Elna (an anagram of Lane). When the Legionnaires found out, they told her it was okay to tell him who she really was.
She also told Superboy, "I look a lot like the girl you're going to marry someday," and, of course, she was a dead-ringer for Lois.
That also may have been changed since Crisis. In the latest continuity, I'm not sure whether it is posible for Superman and Lois (or anybody) to have children. For details, please refer to Larry Niven's classic essay on the topic, "Man of Steel, Woman of Kleenex". You should be able to find it on line.

In the current stories, no, Superman and Lois don't have a kid, but in some "alternate" stories, they do. Eventually, Superman has offspring; whether Lois is the mother or not has not been established. The reason I state Superman has offspring is because a member of the Legion of Super-Heroes in the 30th Century is a direct descendant of Superman. He is called Mon-El.
