Sure, they've been winning, but Boston's still in first place! And 90% of the time, they're only on the media because of some steroid controversy... Or another A-Rod situation. If i were the media, i'd focus on some other team, like the Mets or the Red Sox, or really any team but the Yankees...

Right you are, but there is one thing you are missing...they haven't actually won the division yet. They're just on a hot streak. All streaks have to come to end at some point or another. Pretty soon the Red Sox are going to catch on fire and they will pull away from the pack. The Yankees dug themselves into too big of a hole.

Third... It's still soo early... and the Sox have a good reputation for fizzling out in late summer

dude i wished but life is not like that if they want something they go out and get it if they want the ws this year they have to play there *** of and win it im a yankee fan but thats life if you want you have to work to get it and plus its baseball and its competition if there wasent any then just go ahead and give it to them but i think they should go out there and let the players win it
