Energy, and atoms, are the process of cause and effect. Ultimately, any words and terms used to describe these objects are just concepts, which is a placeholder for what we think something is, not necessarily what it actually is. A label with which to categorize and compare to other labels, so the meaning is relative to other objects instead of a self-sufficient, or recursively defined, object.

If you really want the answer, I suggest you meditate.
