Spam King of Dreamers (I think the move is called)
Go over to gamefaqs.com and search for the topic, you are not alone on this one. I took me a lot of tries trying to beat her =/. You basically wanna do it when you and her are close to the edge of the ring and spam that attack, eventually you throwing her into the air will cause her to fall out of the ring.
