To answer that question you need to ask yourself a few. Do you have any physical/medical problems with your foreskin? Does it feel good to have your foreskin? Do you maintain good genital hygiene? And do you practice safe sex? If the answers are "no" to the first and "yes" to the rest, then my opinion is that it's probably better for you to stay uncircumcised.
Many people erroneously believe that the uncircumcised penis is less clean or unhygienic compared to the circumcised penis. This isn't true and as I'm sure you're aware, it's also very easy to clean and keep clean (link 1). Good genital hygiene is important and can prevent/reduce many problems that're associated with the foreskin.
Many people also believe that the uncircumcised penis is more prone to infections/STDs. This is also untrue as most studies show no significant difference between the two groups, and good hygiene only further evens the field (link 2). In any case, safe sex (i.e. condom use) is a far better way to prevent STDs than any state of the penis any day.
Lastly, there are potential advantages to staying uncircumcised. The foreskin contains many nerve endings that may contribute to sexual sensitivity (link 3). Furthermore several studies indicate that the foreskin may play a positive role in the sexual satisfaction/pleasure of not only the man, but the woman as well (links 4, 5, 6).
So if your foreskin's working normally, you maintain good hygiene, and you practice safe sex, it's most likely better for you to stay uncircumcised. That's my opinion anyway, with some support from the studies in the links.

Okay straight up, here is the deal with circumcision:
I am not circumcised and my brother is, so we have had a lot to compare on this issue. We have both come to the conclusion that if you were not circumcised as a baby and you don't have any kind of medical problem that requires a circumcision, then leave it alone. You are better off as the way God designed you.
There are some pros and cons to circumcision but the pros really don't outweight the cons (otherwise most men in the world would get circumcised, and they don't). With regard to sexuality, it's better to be uncircumcised, there is no doubt about that. The glans of the penis is more sensitive when you are uncut and the nerves of the inner foreskin (ridged band) make it even more sensitive. A natural penis is also easier to manipulate than a circumcised one and sex is more pleasurable for the women when the man is uncircumcised.
The only drawback to having a foreskin (when it comes to sex) is that some girls (particularly if they are American) may think a natural penis is unusual or ugly (if they haven't seen one before) and may be put off by it. But most girls won't care one way or another whether you have a hood or not. As long as you take a shower everyday and keep it clean you are better off. If you have lived 24 years without a problem with your penis, there is no reason to drastically change it now (especially on the count of what someone else might think). Also the popularity of circumcision is decreasing in the states now so it's not really that uncommon anymore.

Everything in life has positives and negatives.
To start off, most guys in the world are uncircumcised; the USA is the last remaining advanced nation doing it, and it's becoming a lot less popular. In fact, it's all over the news right now (about the rates dropping).
http://www.cnn.com/2007/HEALTH/06/18/circumcision.decline.ap/index.html
As for advantages for you, studies have found that circumcision reduces sensitivity/pleasure and makes masturbation more difficult (oddly enough how it was promoted back then...)
http://forums.govteen.com/showpost.php?p=3069995&postcount=2
As for disadvantages... well, you should know them. You have to take about 5 or so seconds to wash it when you shower...
Enjoy what you have and you'll be content. Those who have it done later in life usually like it because they wanted it done, or because they had a problem with their foreskin.
That's your advantage, you can choose; but once you go to the other side, there's no going back.

some ppl like the way it looks when it is circumsized, but others favor uncircumsized-just depends on the person. i heard it feels better when u have sex when ur uncircumsized. dont worry about it though, only worry if it bothers u. i learned that 60% of americans are circumsized and only 30% of canadians were...and not many ppl in other countries are.

Circumcision has many pros: easier hygiene, first line of defense against STD's and AIDS, prevention of irritation under the foreskin, phimosis, etc. For most men and women in the USA it is preferred. 85-90% of all males in the USA are circumcised. Anticircumcision advocates quote the numbers much too low. Many women like the looks and enjoy oral sex more with the circumcised male. Sexual relationships are about the same in either although many circumcised men say they have total penile sensitivity, glans and shaft.
In adult circumcisions (usually an outpatient procedure) there is no pain due to a local anesthetic. Some swelling takes place afterward. Most men return to school or work within a week. Please refer to the web sites below for additional help. In any case don't let anyone bad mouth you about it. The decision is yours and yours alone to make. Personally I am glad that I am circumcised.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
I mean if you really hate being uncircumcised, it's not that big of a deal to get it done. But if you like what you've got -- and there are no medical problems with your foreskin -- enjoy it.
Now this may change eventually with the HIV transmission studies, but it's really too early to get it done just for that.

To be or not to be, that is the question? Some women prefer it done for fellatio. Wait until you get a lolly pop sucking fellatio artist before you say farewell to cover and concealment. It is also better if the fellatio adroitest comes equipped with a large thick tongue and thick glossy lips....................and a real thick firm......... Help Mr. Wizard !

Think about it, humans were designed not, it's not broke, doens't need to be fixed, that's my view anyway. Some people equate circumcision with hygiene but that's ridiculous.

Even though I was circumcized, I would have preferred to be just as God and my parents made me. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. You might also refer to the site below to help you better appreciate what you got to keep.

I know one person who was circumcised as an adult and after some initial pain, he was very happy to have had it done.
