My incubator got way to hot and its been at 110 for 9 hours did the chicken eggs die? please aswer quick i need to know if i should put new ones or leave them alone and drill more air holes?

Don't freak out. I'd say drop the temp back to 98 and see what happens.

.......in 21-22 days at 98 degrees your eggs should start hatching............

That is high and you may have lost some but I'm guessing you should be alright. I raised ducks and chickens during the summer daytime temps were often over 110., The ducks cooled their eggs by setting on them while wet but the chickens didn't and had good hatch rates.
