people on gts want evovled pokemon at low levels

most of those are unobtainable unless you have a cheat device...i think...im not sure but i think you need a cheat device

they are just exploiting the GTS glitch. They are duplicating items and in order to do so, they ask for the impossible like a lv 9 Infernape.

the only way to get a pokemon like a level 9 infernape wud be to use ar codes

I know what you mean, but I think that is only so they can have it on there and no one will trade it. I do when I'm evolving a pokemon that needs to be traded.
