What you are looking for is reproducing cells. Rapidly reproducing cells are found throughout the body, but primarily the skin, the gastro-intestinal tract and the bone marrow. Spermatocytes also reproduce rapidly. Oocytes do not reproduce rapidly. If you are looking for stem cells that undergo meiosis to become become sex cells, then you will find spermatozoa in the testes and oocytes in the ovaries.

If you are looking for any kind of reproducing cells, a good place to look is in the root tip of an onion plant. In the meristem, there are many cells undergoing mitosis. Of course, you would have to stain the cells so you could see the nuclear material. This type of slide is often used in introductory microscopy classes, because you can see the cells in all stages of mitosis, including prophase, metaphase, interphase, etc.
