Well, for one thing, you may notice something called discharge, which is a slightly sticky substance that you might find in your underwear. It is usually clear or occasionally a very pale yellow. It is your body's natural way of cleansing yourself in that area of your body. You usually get your period 1-2 years after this starts happening. You may also experience hunger cravings, thirst cravings, mood swings, etc. a little before your period.
Your body may also get curvier, especially throughout your hips. This may also come with a temporary weight gain, usually only 3-5 pounds. You may also have heightened "sexual feelings" during puberty.
It happens to all women at some point, so don't be embarrassed or nervous about these new changes. Whether you're first, last or just in between with receiving these changes, just be proud - you're growing up!
Hope I've helped!
XOXO,
Laurie

Puberty is a process that begins at different times in different children, but once puberty starts, it should follow a regular set of stages. In girls, puberty usually begins between the ages of eight and thirteen, with an average age of ten years. The first sign of puberty in girls is breast budding and then growth of pubic hair. Breast budding is followed a year later my a growth spurt. Menarche, or your child's first period, usually occurs about two years after puberty begins. Remember that periods may be irregular during the first few years after menarche. The stages of puberty progress as your child gets older and include continued breast enlargement and pubic hair growth. Another part of puberty is acne which is caused by all the hormones that are present during puberty.

Discharge, lots of it. And growing taller, and developing a figure (wider hips, etc.). You might not start your period until your 13 or 14, since your a bit late to be now starting developing.

Sounds like your on your way to becoming a woman (your period is coming soon).
You can also get more hair on you legs. You might start liking boys, if you haven't already. :)
